The Mind-Wide Method

The Mind-Wise Method, mind-body healing for current and former athletes is a signature program.

This program is co-created by myself and the potential client. Together, we decide whether a 3-month or 6-month program best fits their desired outcomes. For athletes navigating the transition, sessions will involve discussion, written reflection, and teaching of (mental) strategies that align with the client's goals. Topics and tools include meditation, breath-work, journaling, releasing emotions, restructuring routines, building new habits through accountability, re-build self-trust, reframing identity after sport, confidence from within, embodying your true self out of sport, and clarity of "next steps."

Testimonials

“Before working with Madeline, I was grasping at who I was at my core [outside of my sport]. I have gone through life on autopilot, unsure of my purpose, and was seeking to gain confidence in my abilities while feeling like I have values OUTSIDE of sport too. I felt anxious, was a people please with no boundaries, and judged my self-worth on what I could produce. I connected right off the bat with Madeline and I find myself becoming more open every time we speak. I am motivated to become a better version of myself. Madeline has taught me tools such as breathe work, how to reframe failure and "name" my inner critic, and way to recognize my thoughts and feelings rather than running away from them...I have been feeling like my body is mine, and more so, that the only validation I need is my own. I have a sense of comfort knowing I am on the right path to becoming my best/highest self."
