Neha Uberoi is a clinical mental health professional, social entrepreneur and former professional tennis player. She is a psychotherapist practicing in NJ and NY. Uberoi is the co-founder and CEO of South Asians in Sports, a non-profit organization that advocates for, educates and promotes South Asians working in sports globally.

Since retiring from professional tennis in 2008, She has advocated for athlete mental health through academic research, direct practice, coaching, public speaking and digital content. Uberoi received her masters in social work from Columbia University and completed her undergraduate degree at Princeton University.

Neha Uberoi is a solution-focused holistic therapist and coach. She works with former athletes on their unique needs and specific goals by creating customized programs to set them up for success. Uberoi continues her extensive academic research on the athlete transition experience.
