Taj is a former Division I college football player for Stony Brook University. When his football career ended, Taj struggled heavily with depression. Because he was so focused on the game, he never fully developed a clear vision for his life.

Taj now runs an intensive program for retired athletes who, like he once was, are struggling to adapt to life after sports. Not only does Taj help former players land jobs and start businesses, he helps them find fulfillment in every area of their lives. It's become his personal mission and passion to reach out and help others overcome the fear, frustration and uncertainty associated with life post-athletics. Taj is also the author of "Thrive After Sports", and the host of the Thrive After Sports podcast.

Testimonials

“Taj has been a real game changer in my life. I’ve never met anyone who’s had such a huge impact on my life in such a short period of time. He gave me the hope, and the spark again to take a chance and make a leap. I had visions and the things that I wanted to do already, I just needed somebody else to see those things and help bring them out of me. He encouraged me to take action right away instead of waiting for everything to be perfect. I was able to work on some things internally and start shifting my perspective of what I really deserve in life.”
